Atos already runs end-user services for 34,000 Defra colleagues on a £150m five-year contract from 26 March 2025. Three parallel £150m ADMS Plus lots landed May-July 2026 with Kainos, Equal Experts and i10. Atos was not in the trio. Capgemini won a £40m capability-as-a-service contract (9 February 2026) plus a £9m 19-month legacy datacentre-exit from 1 March 2026. The Spending Review confirmed over £300m for Defra legacy/digital on 11 June 2025.
